• Prices on mybirdbuddy.com are shown in US dollars. Advertised sale prices change frequently – the price in the shop at the time of purchase applies.
• Sales tax, any shipping charges and the order total are shown in the retailer’s cart and checkout before you pay.
• Bird Buddy states that in-stock items are dispatched from its warehouse within 24 hours of the order.

Returns and refunds

• Bird Buddy’s Refund Policy describes authorized 90-day returns: contact their support team within 90 days of receiving the order to request a return.
• According to the policy, Bird Buddy covers return postage when the return follows its instructions, and refunds the amount paid for the items. Any shipping fee paid on the original order is not refunded.
• Some product pages also mention “30 day free returns on feeders”. If in doubt, ask Bird Buddy support which return terms apply to your order.
• Exceptions include gift cards, merchandise and processed seed or seed-subscription shipments.

Warranty

Bird Buddy lists a standard warranty of 24 months from the date of delivery for its feeders and add-ons, free of charge.
